We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and encourage customers to use them consistently for at least 14 days before considering a return. Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will likely be in processing, and we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

If your cancellation request is received in time, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We believe Komry products can meaningfully support focus and regulation, which is why we recommend using them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits.

If you’re still unhappy, you may return your items anytime after day 14 and within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged Items

We package every order with care. An item is considered damaged only if the product itself is defective or physically broken.

Damage to packaging alone (e.g., dented box) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product is unaffected.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@komryworks.com. Please include a clear photo of the damage so our team can determine eligibility for a free replacement.

We cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ensure fast and reliable delivery, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Komry is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer refunds or resends.
